Molly Henery is a film critic, entertainment writer, and author of both nonfiction and fiction with a Master&#8217;s degree in professional creative writing. Molly began writing horror film reviews for her own website, The Blogging Banshee, before eventually branching out and writing for other outlets including Fangoria, Dread Central, Nightmarish Conjurings, and more. She is most well-known for her “Uterus Horror” column on Certified Forgotten which examines a different film each month in a subgenre of horror Molly named and defined. Molly has made a name for herself as a horror genre expert which has allowed her to be a guest on numerous podcasts, is a cast member of Mental Health and Horror: A Documentary, and co-authored the upcoming book, Queer Horror: A Film Guide. Dr Kate Bowen is an author, poet, and academic from South Australia with a life-long love of horror. Kate&#8217;s writing is informed by her PhD in American cinema and gender studies and 8 years of research experience as a feminist film scholar at The University of Adelaide. In 2018, Kate spoke at the Revelation International Film Festival in Perth, Western Australia as one of the academic pioneers of research into found footage horror films and their relationship with Laura Mulvey&#8217;s theory of the male gaze. Her work appears extensively in horror magazine We Are Horror as one of the contributors to the magazine&#8217;s inception in 2020 and later in 2021 as a monthly columnist. Horror magazines Grim and Ghouls have also hosted Kate&#8217;s writing and her articles can also be found at Certified Forgotten, The Artifice, and Film Cred. Kate is currently writing a book chapter expanding her research into Southern Gothic horror and cannibalism as a gendered phenomenon in the Wrong Turn series.

Mark Pariselli is an award-winning writer and director based in Toronto. He graduated magna cum laude from York University with a BFA in Film Production. He is a Berlinale Talents alumnus and his work has been presented at numerous film festivals, including Frameline: The San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival, Outfest Los Angeles LGBTQ Film Festival, Inside Out Toronto 2SLGBTQ+ Film Festival, BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival, Iris Prize LGBT+ Film Festival, Brooklyn Horror Film Festival and Toronto After Dark Film Festival. Retrospective programs of his short films have been presented in Toronto, Sicily, New York City and Montreal. He has served on the juries of the Sicilia Queer Film Festival, ImageOut: The Rochester LGBT Film &amp; Video Festival and Inside Out Toronto LGBT Film Festival.
